Walter and Leonore Annenberg completed Sunnylands in 1966, a 200-acre winter estate in Rancho Mirage designed by A. Quincy Jones with a pink pyramid roof.

They hosted presidents from Eisenhower to Reagan, and the Reagans spent many New Year's Eves there.

The estate now belongs to the Annenberg Foundation and still hosts meetings between world leaders.
